Life Lesson's Learned in 20's: "There's a Greater Meaning to Life"

Hello Readers!!!

Welcome to week 3 of my new series on Life, Faith &Love titled Life Lessons Learned in my 20's. Every Saturday, I will be posting a new blog of a story sent to me by one of YOU. I have loved reading all of your stories so far and I am so excited to share some of these lessons with you guys. This week life lesson stems from one of my friend's name Linda. She titles her life lesson "There's a Greater Meaning to Life."

Linda: “In my 20’s I started to learn that no one is perfect. We all make mistakes and we just need to focus on the parts of ourselves we want to be/become and not over-analyze the parts of ourselves we may not like. At first, I used to be more of the outgoing person, I used to like partying a lot and I wanted to know where the next hot spot was. Then people around me started passing away so young. This all changed my perspective greatly.

It is not all about how wealthy you are, how educated you are, popular you are, nor how successful you are. Life is way much bigger than that. I started to ask myself what next after all the certificates? What next after we get married? Or after we have kids? I have known young people in their 20’s with PhD certificates, pass away so young and very beautiful friends fall sick and not known what next. My 20’s made me start to dig deep about my purpose, what’s life after this? I started to focus on what I was here for and it made me dig deeper into my faith and dig deeper into my purpose.”
